For those of you that don't know me, my name is Sheila and this is my homepage. I know that it isn't much and that it isn't very fun, but anyone who has seen the movie The Jerk with Steve Martin will know that this is the phone book of the computer age. Therefore, this page won't change much, but you can count on it being about me! :o)It all started on July 24th, 1974 in the little town of Falls Church Virginia. It was at this time that my mom had realized that her worst fear had come true... She had a red headed child! (and no, the meaning of the term red headed step child doesn't apply to me!)My parents then moved to Utah and that would set the stage for the first 8 years of my life. When I was young nothing really happened that was totally cool, so we'll skip that part. In 1982, I moved to Southern California. ...well my parents moved there and I just kind of tagged along!

The sleepy little town of Lake Elsinore is what I call home. Halfway between San Diego and L.A. you can find a lake that used to be a booming town in the 20's. Now, it's just where everyone moves when they don't want to live in the big cities anymore. For me, high school was the greatest time of my life. Prior to H.S. (that's high school for a Weber alum), I was the shy, four-eyed, chubby, red-headed, teachers pet that everyone picked on. In High School, I learned a lot about myself and about people in general. I attribute all of this to my sports experiences.During that time, I joined the tennis and the track team where I threw the shot-put & the discus. Prior to high school, I had been playing rec. soccer for a few years and continued through my sophomore year. As the only girl on many of my teams, I learned to be assertive and to be comfortable with who I was. ....Thanks Coach, Baldwin, Garrison, and Molino. It was during that time that I also made some friends that I will have for life. There isn't room enough to mention all of them but, Stacey, Frank, Jason and Jim, you guys are the greatest and I mean it. After graduation in 1992, we all went our seperate ways and that meant, going back to Utah for me.

I began college as a Pre-Physical therapy major at the University of Utah. I say that I started out that way, because through my 6 years there, I took the grand tour of the majors. From Biology clear through English and then through Theatre, Philosophy, and Psychology. I finally have my head on straight and will eventually graduate with a B.S. in both Psychology and Speech Communication.College life has not been too bad. It has had it's ups and downs, especially in the romance department. We all know what it's like... parties that don't end, blind dates, etc. etc. I really can't complain though, I have really met some wonderful men that will have a permanent place in my heart. Unfortunately for me, some of the best ones have a habit of moving back East! So I continue my quest....... Speaking of which, I need to get off of this computer and get out there.See you around!
